About
Rigged & Ready

We build the accessories that make your kayak actually work โ€” designed by an angler who rigs the same gear offshore every weekend.

Why We Build

Rigged & Ready started on a kayak in the Gulf of Mexico. After years of zip-tying rod holders, duct-taping rod racks, and watching store-bought accessories corrode after a single season, we decided there had to be a better way.

We use industrial-grade 3D printing to produce fishing accessories that are designed specifically for saltwater environments โ€” not adapted from freshwater gear, not mass-produced overseas. Every piece is printed in PETG, ASA, or TPU depending on the demands of that part.

We're a small operation out of Florida, and we stand behind every piece we ship. If something breaks from normal use within 90 days, we make it right โ€” no questions asked.

Built for Salt

Freshwater gear corrodes. Our materials don't โ€” UV-stabilized and rated for indefinite saltwater exposure.

Designed on the Water

Every dimension comes from real rigging scenarios โ€” not a manufacturer's best guess from a desk.

The Materials

We choose materials based on the job, not the price tag. Every part spec calls for the right material โ€” no compromises.

PETG

Rigid & UV-Resistant

Our go-to for structural parts. PETG is dimensionally stable, resistant to UV degradation, and holds up in heat that would warp standard PLA. Used for rod holders, track mounts, and anything that needs to stay put.

ASA

Outdoor-Grade Toughness

When exposure is constant and temperatures swing hard, ASA is what we reach for. Superior UV and weather resistance compared to ABS. Used for parts that live in the sun all day, every day.

TPU

Flexible & Impact-Absorbing

Some parts need to flex โ€” line guides, rod tip protectors, grip sleeves. TPU is a semi-rigid elastomer that absorbs impact and resists abrasion without cracking under stress.

How We Operate

Angler-Designed

Every part starts as a problem we ran into on the water โ€” not a product someone thought might sell.

Saltwater Tested

Prototype, fish it, iterate. Our gear goes through real offshore conditions before it goes in the shop.

Made in Florida

Printed, assembled, and shipped from our shop in Florida. We know what saltwater does to gear โ€” we live it.

No Minimum Orders

Need one rod holder? Order one. We don't have minimum quantities, bulk pricing tiers, or waitlists.
