Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Rigged & Ready, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

Products

Our accessories are 3D-printed to order using industrial-grade materials (PETG, ASA, TPU). Because these are manufactured on demand, minor surface variations are normal and do not constitute a defect. Product images are representative — exact color and texture may vary slightly by print batch.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — we reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your payment is processed. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment until we verify stock and payment.

Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped from Florida. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment. Once handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products. If something breaks from normal use within 90 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.

For other returns, items must be unused and in original condition. Initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@riggedandready.com. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Custom or made-to-spec orders are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, print files, brand assets, and site content are the property of Rigged & Ready. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs — including printed copies — without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rigged & Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
